Deep cross-document insights, risk assessment, and compliance matrices powered by AI.

Where to find this: JuriCloud AI -> Analyse in top tab bar

The Legal Analysis engine processes single or multiple documents concurrently to extract hidden relationships, map obligations, and identify systemic risks. The results are presented in a comprehensive 10-tab sidebar that acts as your central intelligence hub.

Overview

Provides a high-level summary of the entire document set. It aggregates primary legal domains, overall compliance scores, and the overarching intent across all analyzed files. It's the executive summary for your document stack.

3. Key Analysis Use Cases

The analysis engine is built to handle specific legal tasks that would normally take hours of manual review. Below are some practical ways to leverage this intelligence:

Due Diligence

Upload hundreds of vendor contracts and use the Risks and Compliance tabs to instantly flag non-standard clauses, missing signatures, or aggressive indemnities across the entire dataset.

Contract Negotiation

Compare a redlined document against your standard playbook using the Comparison tab. Use the Sentiment analysis to gauge if the opposing counsel's revisions are becoming more restrictive.

Obligation Management

Extract every date and deadline from a complex MSA using the Timeline tab, ensuring renewal notices and termination windows are never missed.

M&A Entity Mapping

Automatically map out parent, subsidiary, and affiliate relationships across complex merger documents using the Entities tab to untangle corporate structures.

Regulatory Audits

Ensure mandatory statutory clauses are present across all employee agreements or vendor contracts by reviewing the Compliance Matrix for immediate red flags.

4. Analysis History

Analysis History Panel

Every analysis session is preserved in the Analysis History panel. This allows you to maintain an audit trail of your research and quickly toggle between document sets:

  • Track the Success/Pending status of high-volume concurrent analysis batches.
  • Return to previous analysis results to re-view the detailed 10-tab breakdown without re-running.
  • Review the specific Document Collection and parameters used for each historical insight.
