JuriCloud's Notes module is designed for the rapid capture of legal thoughts. Whether you're in the middle of a document audit or analyzing a judgment, Notes allow you to link findings to specific cases without breaking your workflow.
1. Capturing Insights
There are two primary ways to add notes in JuriCloud, ensuring you can document insights exactly where they occur.
Floating Note Panel
Available in Research Mode and AI Interaction views. It remains active as you navigate between documents, allowing for multi-document synthesis.
Case-Direct Entry
Add notes directly from a Case Detail page for administrative updates or specific case-file reminders.
2. The Notes Management Hub
The Notes Hub (located within Research Mode) organizes notes using a case-folder hierarchy, followed by a high-visibility "Sticky Note" grid.
3. Advanced Features
Privacy & Access
Toggling Private Note ensures the insight is only visible to you. Shared notes are visible to all Advocates assigned to the Case folder.
Case Auto-Filtering
The Notes Hub automatically groups insights by active cases, eliminating the need to search through disorganized text files.
