1. The Notices Hub
The Notices Hub is your central dashboard for tracking all outgoing and draft correspondence. It provides a high-level view of notice status, priority, and case association.
Global Search
Quickly locate notices by subject, recipient name, or case reference.
Advanced Filtering
Narrow down your view by Status (Draft, Sent, Delivered), Priority (High, Intense, Low), or Notice Type.
2. Manual Notice Creation
When you have a specific template or content ready, you can manually create a notice by filling in the essential sender, recipient, and case details.
Case Selection
Link the notice to an existing case to auto-populate jurisdiction and relevant legal parameters.
Direct Editing
Use the built-in rich text editor to draft your content from scratch or paste from external documents.
