Workflow Runs
Monitor execution history, analyze performance, and audit manual decisions.
The Workflow Runs tab is the centralized audit log for all automation activity. It provides a detailed history of every time a workflow was executed, offering visibility into processing times, success rates, and the granular results of node-based logic.
1. Run History & Management
The Execution History table is where you monitor the lifecycle of every automated run. It provides a real-time view of processing status, completion timestamps, and document counts.
How to View Runs:
- Navigate to the Workflows tab in Research Mode.
- Select your desired workflow from the list.
- Click the Runs step in the top navigation bar to access the history table.
- Use the Status Filter (All, Complete, Processing, Failed) to find specific executions.
- Click the View icon in the last column to inspect the detailed results of that run.
2. Understanding Statuses
Each run progresses through several states. Tracking these helps ensure that your automation is executing as expected.
The workflow engine is warming up and preparing the document queue.
The AI is actively reading documents and Evaluating conditional logic paths.
All documents finished processing and results are ready for inspection.
A critical error occurred. Inspect the run to see which document caused the halt.
3. Result Inspection Sidebar
Click the button on any Completed run to open the Result Sidebar. This is the most powerful view in the Juricloud audit system.
