Workflow Runs

Monitor execution history, analyze performance, and audit manual decisions.

The Workflow Runs tab is the centralized audit log for all automation activity. It provides a detailed history of every time a workflow was executed, offering visibility into processing times, success rates, and the granular results of node-based logic.

1. Run History & Management

The Execution History table is where you monitor the lifecycle of every automated run. It provides a real-time view of processing status, completion timestamps, and document counts.

Total Runs
Live Count
Total executions for this workflow.
Success Rate
% Based
Ratio of completed vs failed runs.
Avg. Duration
Timing
Average time to process a batch.
Documents
Volume
Total files analyzed across all runs.

How to View Runs:

  1. Navigate to the Workflows tab in Research Mode.
  2. Select your desired workflow from the list.
  3. Click the Runs step in the top navigation bar to access the history table.
  4. Use the Status Filter (All, Complete, Processing, Failed) to find specific executions.
  5. Click the View icon in the last column to inspect the detailed results of that run.

2. Understanding Statuses

Each run progresses through several states. Tracking these helps ensure that your automation is executing as expected.

Initializing

The workflow engine is warming up and preparing the document queue.

Processing

The AI is actively reading documents and Evaluating conditional logic paths.

Complete

All documents finished processing and results are ready for inspection.

Failed

A critical error occurred. Inspect the run to see which document caused the halt.

3. Result Inspection Sidebar

Click the button on any Completed run to open the Result Sidebar. This is the most powerful view in the Juricloud audit system.

The Visualization Pipeline

While a run is in progress or first loading, you will see the Visual Pipeline. It tracks four distinct stages of dashboard construction:

  • Initializing: Setting up data connections.
  • Reading Docs: OCR and raw text ingestion.
  • Extracting Data: Field-level AI analysis.
  • Building View: Finalizing widget layout and aggregates.

RESULTS INSPECTION

Recording: Using the sidebar tabs to switch between different document results in a single run

Retention Policy
Workflow runs and their associated data summaries are stored indefinitely. However, deleting the original document from your workspace will render the 'Separate Mode' results for that file inaccessible.
Proactive Management
Use the Refresh button periodically to check the status of long-running batch processes involving hundreds of documents.
